Q : How can I make a consultation appointment?
A : You can make a reservation by selecting your preferred date and time through the in-app video consultation booking feature. The available time slots of the doctor will be shown, and you may choose the time you prefer.
Q : How much is the surgery cost?
A : The surgery cost varies depending on the type of procedure and your individual condition. You can be informed of the exact cost after consulting with the doctor through a video consultation. The basic price range can be found on each procedure’s detailed page.
Q : How long does the recovery period take after surgery?
A : It varies depending on the procedure, but generally, eye surgery requires an initial recovery period of about 5–7 days, and nose surgery about 7–14 days. The final results can be seen after 3–6 months. We will provide detailed information during the consultation.
Q : Is it possible to provide medical care to foreign patients as well?
A : Yes, our hospital provides dedicated coordinators and interpretation services for foreign patients. Consultations are available in English and Chinese, and we also support real-time interpreted video consultations through the mimi app.
Q : How is the video consultation conducted?
A : The video consultation will be conducted through the mimi app. At the scheduled time, a video call will begin in the app, and you will be able to consult face-to-face directly with the doctor. Real-time AI interpretation is provided, so you can have your consultation comfortably without worrying about the language.
Q : Where should I direct payment-related inquiries?
A : For payment-related inquiries, please do not contact the hospital directly. Please use the 'Customer Inquiry' menu under My Page in the mimi app.
