These are canthoplasty procedures that open the inner corners of the eyes to create a brighter, more open eye shape. For small eyes, medial canthoplasty alone may create a sharp-looking eye shape. In such cases, combining it with upper epicanthoplasty can create rounder, larger-looking eyes.

What Are Lateral Canthoplasty & Lower Canthoplasty?

These are canthoplasty procedures that open the outer corners of the eyes to increase their horizontal width.
