Today, I had the buried suture double eyelid surgery that had been done at another clinic reversed at Afternoon! 1. How I came to know this hospital I looked into many plastic surgery clinics in order to reverse the double eyelid line that had been created with the buried suture method at another clinic. However, in cases of multiple knots, there are aspects that make it difficult to reverse, and everyone expressed that it would be difficult. Then I found out about an ophthalmology clinic, not a plastic surgery clinic, that said they would look for the buried suture room and remove it, and they said they could perform the surgery here, but 4 days before the surgery date, I received a call canceling the reservation, saying that due to circumstances arising for the director, they could not proceed with any of the surgeries including mine.. At that time, I truly realized what it means for your mind to go completely blank, and after staying up all night searching the internet again, I found Afternoon Hospital and met Director Kim Garam. The inside of the hospital was really neat and beautiful. It may be a small detail, but as in the photo above, even the surgical gowns in the changing room were individually packaged, and when I put one on, it had a pleasant scent. And all of the staff were really ×2 kind and warm. The director was also kind, and even though this surgery itself is a troublesome procedure from the standpoint of other clinics, I felt that he listened to me as much as possible and that we were setting the direction for the surgery together. 3. Immediately after surgery The surgery took about 1 hour in total. In the operating room, he designed everything very carefully and delicately, and because I thought at the time that it was multiple knots, he worked hard to check all of the incision points precisely. Once he actually found the thread, he said it was a single knot, so he made a total of two points and fortunately was able to remove all of the thread, and he even showed me the removed thread. If we had known from the beginning that it was a single knot, he might have been able to make only one incision opening, or the time might have been shortened a lot. I do not think there will be much scarring. Anyway, I was so grateful throughout the entire surgery, and the surgery ended successfully. This hospital does not have a consultation manager, and the director communicates with the patient through the entire process, and after the surgery, the director personally handed me aftercare items like an eye patch and explained how to manage them, which was truly a unique experience.. He even saw me off.. Thank you 4. In closing It is a little cheesy, but I think I will remember this hospital for a long time in many ways. I spent a month like a person who had become a fool, because this is the hospital that sent me back to an ordinary daily life... (I feel shy..)
