After designing the eye shape, tiny holes are made along the line and tied with knots.

Incisional Method

After designing the eye shape, an appropriate amount of excess fat and skin to be removed is determined. Through an incision, fat or part of the orbicularis oculi muscle is removed. The skin and levator palpebrae superioris muscle are then connected and sutured.
