❶ Tooth Cleaning

The tooth surfaces are thoroughly cleaned with scaling or water.

❷ Gum Protection

The gums are protected because whitening agents activated by light may cause stinging if exposed to the skin or gums.

❸ Application of Whitening Agent

The whitening agent is evenly applied using a touch brush.

❹ Light Exposure

Light is applied for 15 minutes. You may enjoy music or take a short nap.

❺ Repeat the Process

After the light exposure, the whitening agent is thoroughly wiped off, and the 4–6-step process is repeated three times. (Total of 45 minutes of whitening light exposure)

❻ Cleaning and Brushing

Because the whitening agent cannot be completely removed by rinsing alone, cleaning with strong water pressure and brushing are necessary.
