Under-Eye Fat Repositioning Procedure

❶ Diagnosis: The extent of protruding under-eye fat and the tear trough are assessed for treatment design.

❷ Incision: The conjunctiva inside the eyelid is incised according to the under-eye design.

❸ Repositioning: After making an internal incision, the tear trough area of the fat pocket is moved downward and secured.
