Thirty minutes, for when your shoulders and back feel heavy.

Cupping draws the skin upward using suction inside a cup. It is used to support circulation in tight areas.

【Two options】

Dry cupping — nothing punctures the skin. Cups are applied and removed. Recommended if this is your first time.

Wet cupping — a very shallow stimulation is made before the cup is applied. Only sterile single-use instruments are used.

【Please know this before you come — it leaves marks】

Round marks will appear where the cups were placed. They usually fade within five to ten days.

The colour ranges from light pink to deep purple and differs from person to person. Unlike a bruise, it does not hurt when pressed.

However — if your trip includes a pool, a beach or backless clothing, please tell us before the treatment.

We will adjust the placement or suggest a different option.

Afterwards — avoid saunas, public baths and alcohol for the rest of the day. Showering is fine.

Not suitable if — you take blood-thinning medication, are pregnant, or have a skin condition or wound at the treatment site.
