Surgical Approach

A slim body type with insufficient upper-breast volume and a relatively flat overall breast contour. Implants with a high fill ratio were recommended to improve upper volume and create natural curves. Due to asymmetry in breast size and Nipple position, the procedure was performed with R 300 and L 340 to achieve the best possible balance.

A body type with pronounced pigeon chest and insufficient volume. The patient wanted naturally moderate breast volume, and minimizing projection was key; therefore, Implants that move naturally were used, with R 355 and L 315.

Surgical Approach

A body type in which the central depression was prominent due to a sunken chest and overall volume was not distributed evenly. Rather than emphasizing excessive volume, the key was to naturally compensate for the depressed area while balancing both sides. Implants with a high fill ratio and good shape retention were used, with R 315 and L 335.
