What Is Thread Lifting?

Thread lifting is a lifting method in which PDO, a dissolvable thread that is harmless to the human body, is inserted into the skin in a specific direction.

It physically lifts sagging skin for an immediate lifting effect. In the long term, collagen is produced around the threads, offering regenerative effects that can improve skin elasticity.

Thread lifting is recommended for those who are hesitant about surgery and have found laser treatments to have limited results.

Post-Treatment Precautions for Thread Lifting

- Daily activities and light exercise are allowed, but please avoid saunas, hot baths, sweat-inducing exercise, and alcohol for approximately one week.

- Sun exposure may cause hyperpigmentation, so please apply sunscreen thoroughly.

- DuoDERM will be applied after the procedure. Please keep it in place for 3–4 days.

- Please avoid touching or pressing the treated area firmly.
