One visit, then it continues by delivery.

Weight increases for different reasons in different people. Sometimes it is how much is eaten; sometimes digestion is slow,

fluid does not clear well, or poor sleep leads to eating through the day. The prescription follows the reason.

【At your first visit (about 40 minutes)】

1. Body composition analysis — body fat, muscle mass, distribution

2. Pulse diagnosis — by hand and on the analyser, covering stomach, liver, sleep and stress. This is where the reason for the weight gain shows itself.

3. Prescription design — one month's prescription based on what we find

4. Report — your results and an explanation of the prescription, in writing

【The form — pills, not liquid】

This is not a decoction you have to drink. Prepared as pills or tablets, so it takes little space and is simple to carry and store.

One month fits in a box the size of your palm. Three times a day, with no need to time it around meals.

【From the second month】

You do not need to return to Korea. International delivery to Japan is available. For other countries we will confirm during your consultation.

【Please understand】

Herbal medicine alone does not reduce weight. It comes with dietary and activity guidance, and following that guidance matters.

Digestive discomfort or difficulty falling asleep may occur. If anything is wrong, stop taking it and contact us.

Tell us about any medication you are currently taking — particularly thyroid medication, antidepressants, blood pressure or diabetes medication.

We do not prescribe during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

【Prescription units】

Available as a 4-week or a 12-week course. For a first visit we recommend starting with 4 weeks, seeing how your body responds, and continuing from there.

【First visit】

If this is your first visit, you begin with the Pulse Diagnosis & Constitution Assessment (99,000 KRW). What we do, and where, is decided from those results. There is no separate consultation fee.
