A : You can make a reservation by selecting your desired date and time through the in-app video consultation booking feature. The available time slots of the doctor will be displayed, and you may choose your preferred time.
Q : How much does the surgery cost?
A : The cost of surgery varies depending on the type of procedure and your individual condition. You can be informed of the exact cost after consulting with the doctor through a video consultation. The basic price range can be checked on each procedure detail page.
Q : How long does the recovery period take after surgery?
A : It varies depending on the procedure, but in general, eye surgery requires an initial recovery period of about 5-7 days, and nose surgery requires about 7-14 days. The final results can be confirmed after 3-6 months. We will provide detailed information during the consultation.
Q : Is it possible to provide medical treatment for foreign patients as well?
A : Yes, our hospital provides dedicated coordinators and interpretation services for foreign patients. Consultations are available in English and Chinese, and we also support real-time interpreted video consultations through the mimi app.
Q : How is the video consultation conducted?
A : The video consultation will be conducted through the mimi app. At the scheduled time, a video call will begin in the app, and you will be able to consult face-to-face with the doctor.
