Q : How do I book a consultation?
A : You can select your preferred date and time through the in-app video consultation booking feature. The doctor's available time slots will be shown, and you can choose the time you want.
Q : How much does the surgery cost?
A : Surgery costs vary depending on the procedure and your individual condition. For an exact quote, you can have a video consultation with the doctor. You can find the general price range on each procedure’s detail page.
Q : How long does recovery take after surgery?
A : It depends on the procedure, but in general, eyelid surgery requires an initial recovery period of about 5–7 days, and nose surgery about 7–14 days. You can see the final results after 3–6 months. We’ll go over the details during your consultation.
Q : Do you see international patients as well?
A : Yes, our clinic provides dedicated coordinators and interpretation services for international patients. Consultations are available in English and Chinese, and we also offer real-time video consultations with interpretation through the mimi app.
Q : How does the virtual consultation work?
A : The video consultation will be conducted through the mimi app. At your scheduled time, a video call will start in the app, and you can speak with the doctor face-to-face. Real-time AI interpretation is available, so you can have your consultation comfortably without worrying about the language barrier.
