Q : How do I schedule a consultation?
A : You can choose your preferred date and time through the in-app video consultation booking feature. The doctor's available time slots will be shown, and you can select the time you want.
Q : How much does the surgery cost?
A : The cost varies depending on the procedure and your individual condition. You'll be given an exact quote after a video consultation with the doctor. You can check the general price range on each procedure's detail page.
Q : How long does recovery take after surgery?
A : It depends on the procedure, but in general, eyelid surgery requires an initial recovery period of 5–7 days, and nose surgery takes about 7–14 days. You can see the final results after 3–6 months. We’ll go over the details during your consultation.
Q : Do you see international patients as well?
A : Yes, our clinic provides dedicated coordinators and interpreter services for international patients. Consultations are available in English and Chinese, and we also offer real-time video consultations with interpretation through the mimi app.
Q : How does the virtual consultation work?
A : The video consultation will be conducted through the mimi app. At your scheduled time, a video call will start in the app, and you'll be able to speak with the doctor Face-to-face. Real-time AI interpretation is available, so you can have your consultation comfortably without worrying about the language.
Q : Who should I contact about payment-related questions?
A : For payment-related inquiries, please use the “Customer Support” menu in My Page on the mimi app rather than contacting the clinic directly.

Maybe because I've lived in Europe for over 10 years, it was really hard to adjust to Korean restrooms, just like European ones. I'm quite sensitive to pain, but I heard that this clinic offers painless and minimally painful procedures, so I hesitantly went for an experience. I didn't have high expectations, but it was really just a slight sting and didn't hurt at all, which was amazing. I was so comfortable that I even dozed off during the procedure. This was honestly the first time I felt that way. The laser treatment was very thorough and precise, and my skin improved significantly after just one session♡ I highly recommend this place for those who can't tolerate pain well!

The clean and luxurious interior was nice, but what I liked most was that instead of waiting in an open space like a typical hospital, I could comfortably wait in a private individual space. I received a Rejuran treatment at Fob Clinic. The doctor emphasized the importance of minimizing pain, and after experiencing it, I understood why he stressed that. I really can't tolerate pain, but it was just a slight sting, and it was definitely bearable. I was able to receive the treatment in a private and comfortable environment. Overall, I was very satisfied.
