The hospital had sent a confirmation message in advance in the morning, but I did not notice it and only realized I had forgotten to confirm when it was almost time for the appointment, so the hospital changed it to 16:30 for me. The male doctor appeared quite professional and was also patient, and the responses given were definite answers. However, there seemed to be a problem with the translator, and there were times when messages could not be sent, so communication was not very smooth. I hope the platform can improve the translator issue. After the consultation ended, the hospital sent a consultation summary regarding my concerns. My issues and the proposed plan for me were written very clearly, and it felt professional.
