Overall, the consultation experience was quite good, and the doctor was also quite professional. However, I am not sure whether it was a network issue or a technical issue, but some translations could not be displayed on her side, while I could basically see her responses on my side, so technical issues made the communication somewhat less smooth. It would be great if a more ideal real-time translation function could be integrated, or if the translation could not be displayed, she could hear my voice.
