I had upper blepharoplasty and upper eyelid fat grafting, and I did not swell very much after the surgery. As my sunken upper eyelids were filled out and my double eyelids were made more even, it felt like I looked like a doll. As time passed, most of the swelling went down, and although it has not all gone away yet, I am satisfied because my double eyelid line has turned out so well.
