I originally had an In-Line Crease, but it wasn’t very visible on the outside, so my eyes looked like monolids. My eyelid-opening strength wasn’t weak, but people often told me I always looked sleepy. My eyes also looked dull in photos, which was always disappointing. The Under Eye area was also a problem. There was a part that looked like bulging fat rather than Under-eye fullness, which made the Dark Circle Correction stand out more and made me look tired. So this time, I had the Incisional method + Ptosis Correction + Lower Eyelid Fat Repositioning all at once. Before surgery Above the eyes: In-Line Crease, not very visible, looked heavy and sleepy when expressionless Under the eyes: Bulging fat + shadow Dark Circle Correction, making my overall look appear dull Surgical approach Created a new crease line with the Incisional method Adjusted eyelid-opening strength with Ptosis Correction Improved shadows by redistributing the fat with Lower Eyelid Fat Repositioning Recovery process There was quite a bit of bruising and swelling early on after surgery. The Under Eye bruising stayed yellow for a long time. I had my stitches removed about a week later, and the swelling gradually started going down after that. From weeks 2–3, I started getting a lot of comments from people around me. I heard often that my eyes looked much clearer. After about a month, it started looking natural, and the Under Eye shadows were definitely improved. Results My eyes look much more open than before, and makeup applies really well. The double-eyelid crease is defined but not overdone, and it has settled in to suit my Face well. The Under Eye fat is also evenly distributed, so I don’t look tired. If you have monolids or an In-Line Crease that makes your eyes look heavy, and Under Eye fat that makes your overall appearance look dull, I think it’s worth considering both procedures together. Since they improve things from multiple angles, the results are definitely noticeable. It’s only been a month so far, so I’m waiting for more swelling to go down..! Thank you so much!!
