Before the surgery, my upper eyelids were thick and I had hooded eyes, and my nose was a blunt pig nose. For the surgery, I wanted a natural look while making my features a bit more defined. Actually, I wanted facial contouring, but... I just could not gather the courage for contouring surgery, so I decided to have eye and nose surgery first. After the eye and nose surgery, I feel like I may not need contouring after all. First of all, because my nasal bridge is higher, my face looks a bit smaller, and it looks more three-dimensional.
