I had double eyelid surgery with the incision method + upper eyelid fat removal, and I am very satisfied with the result. Before the surgery, I was very worried that an incision might look unnatural, but after having it done... I think it is just a difference in surgical method... and that the results can all look natural. I think who performs the surgery is the most important thing.
